Pauline’s most recent achievement was her nomination and subsequent appointment to the esteemed board of Admirals. Senior Property Managers
All of our Senior Property Managers are registered, experienced and receive ongoing specialised training is all areas of residential property management. They have up to date knowledge of all legislation pertaining to residential property management including but not limited to the Residential Tenancies Act 1987, Real Estate Agents and Business Act, Equal Opportunities Act, Fair Trade Practices Act and the Privacy Act. Our property managers are responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of the properties within their portfolio. They attend to all ingoing, interim and vacating inspections, ensure your property is being well maintained and coordinate requests from both tenants and owners.
As they spend a large portion of each day inspecting property our helpful administration and support staff are available to attend to incoming calls and assist with any general enquires.
Business Development Manager
Our expert Business Development Manager continually researches the metropolitan rental market. Assessing, area by area, what the market is asking and how your property fits into the equation. This ensures our team is always up to date with market conditions, allowing us to obtain the highest achievable rents. Our BDM conducts all rental appraisals and personal service presentations, explaining in detail the processes involved with successfully marketing, leasing and managing your investment property.
Specialist Leasing Agent
In order to secure the maximum rental return for our clients we understand that vacancies must be kept to a minimum. For this reason we employ a dedicated Leasing Agent who shows our vacant property to prospective tenants six days a week. This ensures that any interested party is accommodated as soon as practicably possible. Along with showing property our Leasing Agent prepares all documentation required for new tenants, processes applications and records property feedback.
